We prep the full architectural packet — site plan, pool drawing, material samples, plant palette, lighting layout — attend the review, handle revisions, and shepherd it to approval. You don't talk to DRC; we do.

Can you build a pool that wraps natural boulders?

Yes — boulder-integrated pool design is one of our specialties in Desert Mountain. We engineer the structural shell to wrap natural granite outcroppings instead of blasting them out, which preserves the lot's character and usually moves through DRC faster.

Do you handle hillside engineering for steep Desert Mountain lots?
