Desert Mountain has one of the most rigorous Design Review processes in Arizona — every exterior change, pool, structure, plant, and lighting fixture is reviewed. We submit the full architectural packet, attend the review on your behalf, handle Native Plant inventory and salvage, coordinate with the Club on member access and contractor badging, and shepherd the project through to final inspection.
