Which grill brands do you recommend?
Lynx and Hestan are our top picks for build quality and warranty. Twin Eagles and DCS are excellent. Coyote and Blaze are strong value plays. We avoid grills with thin gauge stainless or stamped (not welded) burners — they don't survive Arizona sun.
Can I run natural gas to the kitchen?
Yes — if your home has gas service, we extend it. Line sizing is engineered for the BTU load of all appliances together. If you're on propane only, we plumb a buried tank to spec.
Do I need a shade structure over the kitchen?
Strongly recommended. Direct Arizona sun degrades grill electronics, melts plastic knobs, and makes the kitchen unusable from May through September. We integrate pergola, ramada, or attached patio cover into the design.
How long does an outdoor kitchen build take?
From HOA approval through final inspection, 4–8 weeks depending on scope and whether utilities need to be extended.
