Most of Arcadia is unincorporated of HOAs, but City of Phoenix permits, flood-irrigation easements, mature-tree ordinances, and pool barrier code all apply. We submit and shepherd the Phoenix permit packet, coordinate with SRP on irrigation impacts, handle tree inventories, and manage inspection through to final pool plaster sign-off.
