Pool structural shell
LifetimeLifetime structural warranty on the gunite/shotcrete shell against structural failure for the original homeowner. Covers the most expensive thing on the build.
Pool plaster & interior finish
5–25 yearsPebble Tec and Pebble Sheen interior finishes carry manufacturer warranties from 5 to 25 years depending on product line. Standard plaster carries a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Pool equipment — Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Polaris
1–3 yearsAll pool equipment carries the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1–3 years on pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and cleaners). We handle the warranty claim for you — no calling the manufacturer.
Pavers, travertine & hardscape
2 years workmanship + manufacturer2-year workmanship warranty on base prep, leveling, and polymeric sand. Belgard, Akerstone, Phoenix Pavers and Mermer travertine each carry their own manufacturer warranty against material defect.
Artificial turf
8 years manufacturer + 2 years workmanship8-year manufacturer warranty on premium turf against UV fade and fiber failure, plus our 2-year workmanship warranty on base, seams, and infill.
Outdoor kitchens & ramadas
2 years workmanship2-year workmanship warranty on stacked stone, stucco, counters, framing, and electrical. Built-in appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Pergolas & shade structures
Up to 10 yearsAlumawood and aluminum pergolas carry manufacturer warranties up to 10 years against fade and structural failure. Cedar carries a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Landscape & low-voltage lighting
5 years fixtures + 1 year workmanshipBrass and copper fixtures carry 5-year manufacturer warranties. Wiring, transformers, and install are covered for 1 year of workmanship.
Glass pool fencing — Clearview
Manufacturer + 1 year workmanship12mm tempered safety glass and stainless hardware carry the Clearview manufacturer warranty. Install workmanship covered for 1 year.
Misting systems
1 year workmanshipStainless lines and pump enclosure covered for 1 year of workmanship. Pump and nozzles carry their own manufacturer warranties.
What's not covered.
Acts of God. Damage from earthquakes, floods exceeding design capacity, hail, or wind events outside engineered structural limits.
Neglect & misuse. Damage caused by lack of routine chemistry maintenance, drained pool sitting empty, ice damage from skipped winterizing, or driving vehicles across hardscape not rated for vehicles.
Third-party work. Anything modified, repaired, or touched by another contractor after handover voids workmanship coverage on the affected component.
Aesthetic settling. Minor settling cracks in plaster (under 1/16") and natural color variation in stone, travertine, or plaster are normal and not defects.
Full written warranty document is provided at project handover. Transferable to one subsequent homeowner on most components — ask for details.
