Uplight
A fixture that points upward to wash a tree, wall, or architectural feature with light — the workhorse of landscape lighting design.
Uplights placed at the base of saguaros, palm trees, and accent walls turn a backyard from a dark void into a layered nighttime scene. Beam angle matters: 15° for tall saguaros, 35° for canopy trees, 60° for walls.
