Low-Voltage Transformer
The 120V-to-12V converter that powers a low-voltage landscape lighting system — sized to the total wattage of all connected fixtures.
Most outdoor landscape lighting in Arizona runs on 12V low-voltage, supplied by a transformer (usually 150W to 600W) mounted near the main panel. Common brands: FX Luminaire, Volt, Kichler. Size at 80% of capacity to allow for future expansion.
