A synthetic green built on a compacted aggregate base with engineered fall lines and cup placements — backyard-scale practice green.
A proper backyard putting green is more than rolling out turf. It needs an engineered base (4–6" compacted aggregate with drainage), contoured undulations, regulation cups, and a high-stimp face turf (10–12 stimp typical). Expect $25–$45/sf installed.
