Quarried natural stone (often Arizona sandstone) cut into irregular shapes — the most organic, hand-laid look.
Flagstone is laid in mortar on a concrete substrate. It's premium ($18–$30+/sf installed), highly variable in color, and reads as architectural and natural. Great for desert-modern aesthetics, perimeter walls, and curved coping.
