Deck Drain
A linear or channel drain installed along a pool deck to capture stormwater and pool overflow, preventing pooling and patio damage.
Arizona's monsoon storms can dump 1–2 inches in 30 minutes. A properly-engineered deck-drain system (Quick Drain, NDS Mini Channel) routes that water away from the pool, hardscape, and foundation. Skipping this on a flat lot leads to standing water and paver lift within a few seasons.
