Cabana
A poolside shade structure — typically open-air with a bar, lounge seating, and sometimes a half-bath. Smaller and more casual than a casita.
Cabanas are the entertainment hub of a resort backyard. Plan on 150–400 sq ft, plumbing for an outdoor bar, electrical for TV and fans, and a roof line that matches the house. Easier permitting than a casita since they're typically not conditioned space.
