ARC Submittal (HOA)
An Architectural Review Committee submittal — the design packet required by most Arizona HOAs before pool or hardscape work begins.
ARC packets typically require: site plan, elevation drawings, materials and color board, equipment location, and neighbor-notification signatures. Approval timelines vary from 10 days to 60+ days. Master-planned communities (DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Desert Mountain, Estrella) have the most rigorous requirements.
